I spent three nights in September at ADAPT APARTMENT HOTEL BERLIN – Adlershof, and I had a very pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out process is handled through a web application and is very easy and convenient. The apartments are located in a great and very peaceful area. The apartment is very close to a tram station and the S9 S-Bahn line, making it very easy to get to both the airport and Berlin city center. There is also a shopping center nearby, as well as several restaurants. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was very good. Highly recommended!

We're returning customers, the place is roomy and the neighborhood relatively quiet. It's close to public transport. Many and different kinds of restaurants are in the direct vicinity. Also the Mugglesee, a lake for swimming, next to the spree was only 20min by car away.
Taking the public transport to the center does take about 40+min, zone B. Other than the inconvenience of long public transports there were no other negative points to mention.

Quiet place in outskirts of Berlin. Easy parking, enough facilities to make dinner. Friendly reception staff.

The room was very clean and the location was convenient for my purposes. I liked that there is a large grocery store a few minutes walk away (Kaufland, or something like that).
I visited during a heatwave in Europe, it was up to 37C in Berlin. The room had no air conditioning and no fan. This was extremely uncomfortable.

New and spacious apartments in a new building complex. Extraordinary value for money. Public transport, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 15 minutes by car to the airport BER. Unproblematic parking on the streets free of charge.
Automated check-in over booking.com did not work. Check-in at the reception was quick and easy.

The apartment was excellent. It was spotless, well-equipped (e.g.: pan, dishwasher machine, hair dryer etc.). The city center could be reached easily by train. A train station was 10 minutes by foot. There are several shop 3 minutes by foot.

Clean, comfortable, cozy room with a kitchen and all you need. Close to public transportation and the Max Born Institute. Quiet, makes you feel at home.
I would prefer a person at the reception. We figued it out with the codes and electronic access, but sometimes you would prefer direct communication.
