The apartment was excellent. It was spotless, well-equipped (e.g.: pan, dishwasher machine, hair dryer etc.). The city center could be reached easily by train. A train station was 10 minutes by foot. There are several shop 3 minutes by foot.
I couldn't find anything what I didn't like.

The apartment was spacious and in a convenient location, and the check-in process was smooth. However, we had a few issues during our stay. Overall, it’s a decent place, but these details should be improved to make the stay more comfortable.
• It was hard to find the correct block number on arrival.
• The curtains had a strong plastic smell.
• There was no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable in warmer weather.
• Breakfast was served in a nearby building instead of on-site, which was a bit inconvenient.

Convince to the airport. Great public transport
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the unacceptable handling of my recent stay. Despite paying extra for a room with four beds, I was provided with only two, and the staff was shockingly rude and completely unaccommodating when I addressed the issue. To make matters worse, the room had no air conditioning, and both the balcony and windows were sealed shut, creating an uncomfortable and stifling environment. The lack of professionalism and refusal to resolve these significant issues made for a thoroughly unpleasant experience, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the way this situation was mishandled.

Nicely kept both inside and outside. Close to public transportation, shopping and restaurants. Courteous staff. Helpful to hold bags.
Need better directions for separating garbage... a challenge for foreigners.

The property was under renovation but that was not the issue. the problem was the online check-in. We did the check-in during the night but it wasn’t intuitive or practical. If we didn’t had battery in our phones we would had slept outside. We spent 30 minutes just figuring out how to process it. Also we had to put all of our ID information on the spot in a online app which was not easy at all.
The room had a funky smell when we arrived.

Everything was great. The apartments are in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Public transport is close by—just a 5-minute walk to the tram and about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn. It takes around 45 minutes to get to the center of Berlin.
I really appreciated the convenience of online check-in and check-out—it made everything smooth and easy.
